Refund policy

 

At Astrochaitanya, each session is carefully prepared with personalized energy alignment to ensure you receive maximum insight and value. We believe in the transformative power of this work and are committed to serving you with integrity.

Please note the following:

1. No refunds for completed sessions:

   
   Due to the personalized nature of energy readings and the time invested in each session, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed.

2. Rescheduling is allowed (With 24-hour notice):

   
   If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may reschedule by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to find a new slot that works for you.

3. Cancellation of session –

   If you wish to cancel the session, let us know 24 hours in advance, we will refund the entire amount you paid.

4. Missed sessions or Late cancellations:
   

   If you miss your session without prior notice or cancel with 2 hours to the session, the session will be considered as fulfilled, and no refund or reschedule will be provided. However, if you missed the session due to genuine reasons, it will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

5. Refunds for double payments or technical errors:

   
   If there has been a duplicate payment or technical issue, please contact us at astrology.chaitanya@gmail.com, within 7 days. Verified cases will be refunded in full.
